PPEdu relies on the office for International Relations Counseling (ARI) of the Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL) for the drawing up of agreements and partnerships. The internationalization actions by the Program are in line with the Plan for Internationalization of Research and Graduate Studies at UEL, systematized by PROPPG.

The PPEdu provides for the possibility of conducting a joint Thesis/Master's research a with foreign institutions.

The coc-tutorship is a format by which a student conducts Thesis/Master's work directed jointly by two advisors, one from each participating institution.It is made formal through a cooperation agreement.
