A doutoranda Andressa Cristina Molinari, do programa de Pós-graduação em Educação, do Centro de Educação, Comunicação e Artes, teve seu projeto aprovado pela CAPES para doutorado sanduíche na Universidade de Georgia, nos Estados Unidos, com a proposta de investigar o desenvolvimento docente em contextos de internacionalização do Ensino Superior.

A pesquisa é orientada pela professora pós-doutora Sandra Aparecida Pires Franco, com pesquisas significativas na linha de Ação Docente do programa. Andressa será co-orientada pelo Professor pós doutor Peter Smagorinsky, do “College of Education” da Universidade destino.

A realização dessa parceria, bem como o estreitamento do trabalho entre a Universidade Estadual de Londrina, e a Universidade de Georgia, como vêm ocorrendo em outras áreas de pesquisa, poderá trazer reflexões essenciais e uma orientação para que se possa compreender esse fenômeno educacional.

 The Ph.D. Student Andressa Cristina Molinari, from the Graduate Program in Education,  Center for Education, Communication and Arts, was selected by the Brazilian Federal Foundation for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education - CAPES to conduct her research as an “Exchange Visitor - Research Scholar” at the University of Georgia, in the United States.

Her research aims at investigating the development of teacher education in the context of Internationalization of Higher Education. The researcher is supervised by Prof. Sandra Aparecida Pires Franco, a distinguished professor in the area of Education, at Londrina State University, and will be co-supervised by Prof. Peter Smagorinsky, from the Department of Language and Literacy Education.

This partnership between Universities and researchers will be able to shed light to the understanding of this educational phenomena and provide advances concerning the Internationalization of Public Universities in Brazil
